I travel from time to time and want to be able to connect to my Mac at home via my work laptop. The laptop is running Windows XP and the Mac OS X 10.5.7
I installed TeamViewer (the latest version) on both devices and tested it at home.
When I connect at home (via wireless network), the TeamViewer remote control function works perfectly, however when I a attempt to test the connection from work (on the company network through the firewall via proxy), I get a connection, but no window opens to display the remote desktop. I can open a window for file transfers in that mode, and can pass files back and forth. Is there something I need to configure differently to allow full remote control from here?
